PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Chad McCleskey joined TeamNAFTA in 2002 and has over five years of real estate brokerage experience in the El Paso, Texas marketplace.  Prior to that, he was with TVO North America for over 3 years, where he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family investment properties throughout the United States. 

Since joining TeamNAFTA, Chad’s main focus has been tenant representation and advisory services for industrial real estate transactions.  He is also the office’s point of contact for investment properties in the marketplace. His knowledge of capital and financial modeling serves him well when dealing with his clients.
